Pricing/Products
Nova Brands reserve the right to withdraw the sale of any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification. Prices are displayed and will be charged in either £ Sterling or Euro depending on the currency selected by the customer.
Ordering
Orders can be placed online 24/7/365, however will only be processed during our normal business hours Monday to Friday. By entering your personal details including payment information and submitting your order you are making an offer to purchase chosen products which will become a binding contract once accepted by us. By making the offer to purchase you also authorize Novabrands to charge your card for full payment. Your card will not be charged until the order has been processed by us during normal business hours. All goods are the property Nova Brands until payment in full has been received.
Delivery
Products purchased from Nova Brands are for personal use only and not intended for resale. Products will be delivered to your chosen address. We process orders as quickly as possible and most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of being received, but we do reserve a right to take up to 28 days for delivery. We use An Post and private courier companies, depending on your area of residence and value/weight of your order. Please refer to “Shipping” section for current rates. We deliver world-wide (apart from the USA), but please check with us prior to ordering if your country does not appear on the drop down list of countries on the website. You can email beauty@novabrands.com for full information on postal rates to your country. If your postal address is outside the UK, Republic of Ireland and European Union, you may be liable for import tax/duties in your country of residence. Nova Brands have no control over this and any duties incurred are the customer’s full responsibility. Nova Brands are not liable in case the import of any product you ordered from http://www.skinnycosmetics.com breaches your country’s laws.

www.skinnycosmetics.com is secured by Authentic Security which is updated regularly and displayed on the website. Credit Card details are not stored on the website. Our customers’ privacy is very important to us, and we have posted separate Privacy Policy elsewhere on the website.
